Project Stories

Students at Lakewood High School explore the impact of flood gates, diversion ditches, and hypersaline ponds on the water quality within the Bolsa Chica Wetlands. They use ArcView GIS to display and analyze trends in dissolved oxygen, salinity, pH, nitrates and phosphates within the wetlands.
